Immersive Manifestation ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through immersivemanifestation.com, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
Right now, the only personal information we collect is the email address you give us when you join the waitlist.
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider also processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use advertising trackers or sell any data, and we don't currently use analytics.
How we use it
- To send you a welcome note and let you know when early access opens.
- To send occasional updates about Immersive Manifestation. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who helps us
We use a small number of trusted service providers who process information only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Resend stores the waitlist and sends our emails.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries, under their own security and privacy commitments.
When the app opens
Immersive Manifestation is built around deeply personal content: the images on your vision board, the affirmations you record in your own voice, and the check-ins you speak at the end of a session. Before we store any of that, we'll update this policy to explain exactly how it's stored and protected, who can access it (only you), and how to delete it, and we'll let everyone on the waitlist know.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that, we remove it from our list, except where we're required to keep a record by law.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by replying to one.
- Ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@immersivemanifestation.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live.
Children
Immersive Manifestation isn't intended for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. Meta also requires Quest users to meet its own minimum age. If you believe a child has given us their email, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reputable providers and encrypted connections (HTTPS) to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep what you share with us safe.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll email everyone on the waitlist before they take effect.
