Terms of Use
Last updated November 4, 2026
These terms cover your use of immersivemanifestation.com and the app at app.immersivemanifestation.com (together, "Immersive Manifestation"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. We've kept them short and plain. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
The short version
- What you create is yours. Only add images and audio you have the right to use.
- This is a reflective, imaginative practice. It isn't medical or mental health care, and it doesn't promise any particular outcome.
- VR can cause discomfort. Sit down, clear your space, and stop if you feel unwell.
- The app is free during early access, and it will keep changing as we build it.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use your headset under Meta's own rules. If you're under 18, use Immersive Manifestation with a parent or guardian's permission. You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since that's how you sign in.
Your content
Your images, words, recordings, and check-ins belong to you. You give us permission to store them and show them back to you, in your browser and your headset, only as needed to run the app. We don't use them for anything else. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Don't upload anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates someone else's rights or privacy. If we learn that content breaks these rules, we may remove it.
Each account includes 250 MB of storage for your images, recordings, and audio. That's plenty for several full boards. Files you remove from your boards stop counting against it within a day or so.
Our content
The guided journeys, their scripts and voice, the worlds, the music, and the ready-made boards are ours or licensed to us. You're welcome to use them for your own personal practice. Please don't copy, resell, or redistribute them. The journeys are original works. Where a journey describes a practice, such as living in the end or loving-kindness, it draws on long-standing ideas, and no teacher or organization is affiliated with Immersive Manifestation or endorses it.
Your health and safety
Not medical care. Immersive Manifestation isn't medical, psychological, or financial advice or treatment, and it isn't a substitute for professional care. If you're struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 at any time.
No guaranteed results. Visualization and meditation can feel wonderful, but we don't promise that using the app will bring about any particular change in your health, finances, relationships, or circumstances.
Using VR comfortably. Some people feel dizziness, eye strain, nausea, or disorientation in VR. Use the app seated, in a clear and safe space, and follow your headset maker's health and safety warnings. Take breaks, and stop right away if you feel unwell. If you have a history of seizures, epilepsy, or another condition that VR could affect, talk to a doctor before using it. Many journeys ask you to close your eyes and relax deeply, so never use the app while driving, operating anything, or anywhere you need to stay alert.
Using the service fairly
Please don't misuse Immersive Manifestation: don't try to reach other people's accounts or content, interfere with the service, overload it, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Early access and changes
Immersive Manifestation is free during early access. We're improving it all the time, so journeys, features, and settings may change, and we may add paid options in the future. If we ever charge for something you already use, we'll tell you in advance, and we'll never charge you without your agreement. We may also update or discontinue the service. If we shut it down, we'll give you notice and time to download your images and recordings.
Ending your account
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, from More settings in the app. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we'll tell you why first.
Disclaimers
Immersive Manifestation is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work hard to keep the app running and your content safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Immersive Manifestation won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll email you before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
